Membership of the Association is open
to any person in Hong Kong who is :
| 3.1 |
in the opinion of the Executive Committee
being fit and competent to become a member of the Association;
and |
| 3.2 |
holding a BEng (Hons) in fire engineering
degree or other academic qualification recognized by the
Executive Committee as equivalent. |
